Connecting Google Calendar lets BLO better understand what is already planned in your day: classes, appointments, activities and exams.

BLO does not automatically turn your calendar into a study schedule. It uses events from your connected calendars as context, so your reminders and tasks remain easy to read.

How do I connect Google Calendar?

  1. Open the connection link
  2. Choose the right Google account
  3. Allow the requested access

Important: tick all the boxes. If some are left unticked, BLO may have trouble accessing your calendar later.

What BLO distinguishes

🗓️ An event

An event occupies a specific moment in your calendar: a class, appointment, exam or activity.

✅ A task or reminder

A task is something to do. It can have a due date or reminder time, but it is not automatically a slot blocked in your calendar.

<aside> 💡

When you look at a Morning recap, BLO separates your calendar events from the tasks/reminders you need to complete. This avoids confusing what is scheduled with what still needs to be done.
