BLO’s memory lets you view, edit and delete what BLO remembers in order to support you better. You stay in control: information that is no longer correct can be changed or removed at any time.

Find it in the web app: Settings > BLO configuration > BLO’s memory.
What is BLO’s memory for?
It helps BLO avoid asking you for the same information unnecessarily and adapt its support to your situation. For example, it can remember:
- useful details about your studies or organisation;
- a preference about how you want to be supported;
- a clarification you shared during a conversation;
- recent context that helps BLO understand your next request.

💡
Memory is not a complete history of all your conversations. It mainly keeps useful information in a summarised form.

How do I view and edit it?
- Open BLO’s memory
- In BLO configuration, select the BLO’s memory tab.
- Start with the active profile
- The active BLO profile is the priority summary BLO uses to personalise its replies.
- Open it to read it, then use the pencil to correct it or the bin to delete it when it is no longer relevant.
- Find a specific item
- Use the Memory type filter or the search bar.
- Some entries are linked to recent sessions: they can help you understand their context.
- Edit, delete or add
- Use the pencil to correct an item.
- Use the bin to remove information you no longer want BLO to use.
- Use the + button to add useful information yourself.
What information should I add?
Add information that can genuinely help BLO answer you better over time.
✅ Useful
- “I prefer short replies in the morning.”
- “I often work on Friday afternoons.”
- “I find this subject especially difficult.”
↗️ Update elsewhere
- a task to complete;
- the date of an exam or appointment;
- a profile detail or subject.
For a task, reminder, event or profile information, also update the item itself in the web app or with BLO. Memory adds context; it does not replace that data.
Confidence level
Some memories show a confidence level. It indicates how reliable the information seems for BLO. If something is imprecise, old or incomplete, the simplest option is to edit it directly.
